Grand Slam Samurai Softball
New for 2014, the Grand Slam Samurai organization has expanded to include tournament softball teams. Currently, there are 10U and 16U Grand Slam Samurai softball teams. Grand Slam Samurai Softball Program Highlights
Indoor Training Facilities: Grand Slam Hitting Club - 391 West Water Street, Taunton, MA
Outdoor Practice: Coyle Cassidy High School Field - Hamilton Street, Taunton, MA
Roster Limit: The Samurai will carry a maximum of 12 players.
Equipment: Player will receive 2 pairs of socks, home, and away uniforms, team batting helmet, and personalized bat bag. In addition, members of the Samurai Softball Program will receive reduced rates on any clinics offered by Grand Slam Hitting and Training Club and fitness classes offered at "Energy" which is located in our training facility.
Schedule: *Practices times will be determined once the roster is set. Tentatively, two hours indoors on Sundays running February through March, and outdoors once the weather breaks.
* Six Area Tournaments (Tentative dates: Memorial Day weekend, June 6-8, June 20-22, July 11-13, July 25-27,
and August 1-3.
* Additional scrimmage games throughout the season.
